Before beginning your order, please read the following terms and conditions of sales carefully. By placing an order, you acknowledge your agreement with our company policy. Orders that do not comply with the stated requirements can be terminated without notice. 

FREE SHIPPING FOR BLACK FRIDAY and CYBER MONDAY ORDERS
This option is available to those who choose to enter our coupon code GOBBLE (for free shipping over $60) or GOBBLEGOBBLE (for free shipping over $150 + $10 off)

Orders that qualify for this free shipping deal are given UNTRACKED and UNINSURED shipping. Those that choose this will understand that any lost or stolen or late parcels will  not be replaced or credited or refunded. Please contact us with any questions before proceeding. 

If orders reach over $150 and coupon is not used, you can still qualify for free shipping with better tracking and insurance.

If orders are time sensitive, we do not recommend that you choose this option. 

PAYMENT
Orders are processed the day they are submitted. You will be directed to PayPal which will handle the payments. Once you input all the information, you will be redirected to The Littlest Gift Boutique to complete the transaction. Items will not be shipped without recipient AND approval of payment.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Once payment process has been completed, items will be shipped via Canada Post as an Expedited Parcel or your choosing. Shipping charges are determined by Canada Post. Delivery times may vary depending on location and weather. The following is a general guideline of expected items from Canada Post website:
  • Local - 1 Day
  • Regional - 1 Day, up to 3 Days
  • National - 2 Days, up to 7 Days

 
Tracking numbers are included with your order. To track your parcel status, please visit www.canadapost.ca.
To ensure the safe arrival of your your item(s), Canada Post will require you to sign their Signature Confirmation Slip upon delivery. Failure to provide a valid signature will result in a delay of receiving your item(s).

My package/items arrived damaged or appears to be tampered with. What should I do?
Please notify us IMMEDIATELY to remedy this situation as efficiently as possible. Submit an email stating the f ollowing:
  • Your Web Order Number
  • When you received the package
  • Details of the damages
Do not tinker with the package as it may compromise the investigation. Should the item(s) be removed from the shipping box, any warranties will no longer be valid.

The Littlest Gift Boutique is not liable for any damaged, lost, stolen or delayed items(s) that may occur during carriers' transportation. We will do our utmost to resolve the issue if Canada Post deems the missing parcel as 'Lost'.

To be eligible for FREE SHIPPING, you must have a sub-total of  $150 AND select 'FREE SHIPPING during checkout.

EXCHANGE & RETURNS
Due to unique monitor settings, actual items may not be exactly as shown. The Littlest Gift Boutique strives to provide the best representation in terms in colours and size.
Should you order an item and received the wrong colour, size or style, we will gladly exchange the item FREE OF CHARGE. C laims must be made within 3 days of receiving item(s). Proof must be obtained stating error to be qualified for an exchange. Item(s) must be returned, at customer expense, in original condition and approved before replacement is sent. Return shipping expense will not be reimbursed.

The Littlest Gift Boutique is committed to provide the utmost quality in products and customer service. Should you feel unsatisfied with your item(s), returns are acceptable within the following terms:
  • Items must be in it's original condition (packaging, labels and tags intact). For health and hygienic precautions, once packaging is opened, body jewelry returns will NOT be accepted
  • A claim must be filed within 3 days of receiving item(s)
  • Refunds, less shipping and handling, will take a few days to be processed 
Purchased items in your possession for over 3 days will NOT be accepted for an exchange or refund. The Littlest Gift Boutique is not responsible for any misuse that may cause damage to your items.

ORDER REVISIONS
Once you submit your order, it cannot be modified within your account. Should you need to alter your order (design, colour, shape, add an item), you must contact us IMMEDIATELY within 24 hours. Once payment has been processed and item(s) have been shipped, orders cannot be revised.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders are process within 24-48 hours of receiving your order. Should you feel like canceling your order, please notify us IMMEDIATELY. Once payment has been processed and item(s) have been shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
